Refund Policy

Reflenn (operated from Ukraine) sells one-time unlocks in its iOS app — $19.99 for the full read of a single pattern, yours to keep. There is no subscription.

Where purchases happen

Unlocks are in-app purchases in the Reflenn iOS app. The web app takes no payments at all. Apple is the seller of record, so refunds are requested from Apple, not from us — see Apple’s “Request a refund” page or reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple’s decision and your local consumer-protection law govern the outcome.

When we’ll back your request

• The full read didn’t generate. If you paid but the full read failed to unlock and couldn’t be recovered, we’ll refund in full.
• Duplicate or accidental charge. Charged twice for the same read, or bought the wrong one? We’ll make it right.

What’s generally non-refundable

Because each unlock delivers a complete, personalized read immediately, a change of mind after reading it isn’t typically eligible. We still review every request fairly — being unhappy with a read is worth telling us about.

How to request a refund

Request it from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com using the Apple ID that made the purchase. If something on our side caused it — a read that never generated, a duplicate charge — email hello@reflenn.app with the date of purchase and we’ll confirm the failure to Apple in writing.
