Is Reflenn therapy?

No. Reflenn offers reflective reads on patterns you describe. It is not therapy or medical advice. In crisis, contact a local crisis line or emergency services.

How does payment work?

Every read starts free, on the web or in the app. Unlocking the full read is a one-time $19.99 purchase for that read — yours forever, no subscription. It happens as an in-app purchase in the Reflenn iOS app; the web takes no payments.

I started a read on the web. Do I lose it?

No. Sign in to the iOS app with the same account and your reads are already there. Unlock one in the app and it turns full on the web too.

I paid but the full read didn’t unlock.

It usually appears within a moment of purchase. If it doesn’t, reopen the read — it resumes automatically. On the web, open the read and tap “I’ve already unlocked it” to pull the purchase down. Still stuck? Email us with the date of purchase.

How do I delete my data?

Profile → Delete account removes your account and every report, permanently. See Privacy for details.
