Is Reflenn therapy?

No. Reflenn offers reflective reads on patterns you describe. It is not therapy or medical advice. In crisis, contact a local crisis line or emergency services.

How does payment work?

Every read starts free, on the web or in the app. Unlocking the full read is a one-time $9.99 purchase for that read — yours forever, no subscription. It happens as an in-app purchase in the Reflenn iOS app; the web takes no payments.

I started a read on the web. Do I lose it?

No. Sign in to the iOS app with the same account and your reads are already there. Unlock one in the app and it turns full on the web too.

I paid but the full read didn’t unlock.

It usually appears within a moment of purchase. If it doesn’t, reopen the read — it resumes automatically. On the web, open the read and tap “I’ve already unlocked it” to pull the purchase down. Still stuck? Email us with the date of purchase.

How do points and invites work?

You earn +1 point every time you unlock a full read, and +1 point when someone you invite creates their own Reflenn account. Once you have 10 points, redeem them for one free full read.

How do I invite a friend?

Share your invite link from the Points screen in the Reflenn iOS app. Points and invites currently live in the app — they don’t show on the web yet.

My friend joined but I didn’t get a point.

The bonus only lands once your friend actually creates an account — verifying their email or signing in with Apple. Installing the app or opening a read isn’t enough on its own, and each phone can trigger a referral bonus only once, ever, even across reinstalls.

Do my points carry over if I delete my account?

No. Points and report credits are tied to your account and are gone once you delete it — see Privacyfor what does and doesn’t survive deletion.

How do I delete my data?

Profile → Delete account removes your account and every report, permanently. See Privacy for details.
