Reflenn is operated from Ukraine. By using Reflenn you agree to these terms.

What Reflenn is — and isn’t

Reflenn offers reflective reads on patterns you describe in your own words. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical or mental-health advice, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a local crisis line or emergency services.

Purchases

• Each read starts free — the teaser gives you one reading of what you wrote, and you decide whether it fits.
• Unlocking a full read is a one-time purchase of $9.99 for that read, yours to keep. There is no subscription.
• Unlocks are in-app purchases in the Reflenn iOS app; the web app takes no payments. Apple is the seller of record, and refunds are requested from Apple under their policy and applicable law — see our refund policy.

Points & invites

Reflenn may reward you with points for purchases you make and for friends you invite who go on to create their own account — installing the app is not enough on its own. Points, and any report credit redeemed from them, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and do not survive deleting your account. We may withhold or reverse points earned through abuse of the referral system, including fake accounts or self-referrals.

Acceptable use

Use Reflenn for yourself and your own reflection. Don’t abuse, attack, or attempt to disrupt the service.
